YTPC: Holiday Button Tree Tags US ONLY

Let's create two button tags for our partners. We're going to be LOOSELY following Cathy's tutorial, found HERE with one MAJOR difference: NO GOLD GLITTER AROUND THE TREE. ;+)

Your tags can measure anything 3"x4" or larger, up to 5"x7" . . . the larger you go and the smaller the buttons you use, the more layers you'll have on your trees.

I also thought Cathy's trees were too close to the tag edges, so let's leave a bit of space on either side of the bottom button layer.

As stated above, we'll be leaving out the gold glitter glue step. I can see that going horribly wrong ;+)

Begin with a very sturdy weight paper, so tags won't bend under the weight of the buttons and treat the top center in some way. You MAY embellish the buttons if you like--perhaps tying a bit of twine through each button, or something similar. Button colors/mixing button colors is your choice. Be creative!
