Foil Technique ATC

For this swap you will create an ATC with foiling on it. The foiling can be a sentiment added to it or it can be an item directly on the ATC. However, you want to do it as long as there is foiling somewhere on it. One partner, one foiled ATC. You decide how to decorate/layer it. Please put some time into it; No sticker slapping. Measurements: standard ATC size of 2 1/2" X 3 1/2"
