International. NO NEWBIES. ONLY 15 SWAPPERS ALLOWED.

For this swap you will have 1 partner who you will send 2 rubber stamps,those used for scrapbooking. any design and any size is allowed since it will be a surprise for your partner. only new, never used rubber stamps allowed not broken, not dirty!

Hand made rubber stamps allowed, too, as far as they haven't been used. Send more or big size rubber stamps for hearts.

Flakers will be banned. Must have 35 swaps completed and a rating of 5 - 4.9. Those who don't fit the requirements and those on my black list will be strictly banned.

To make it a quality swap, only the first 15 persons who sign and fit the requirements will be allowed.
