INTERNATIONAL SWAP Send one handmade star to each partner. You can send what you decide to send, just as long as it has a handmade star on it. Newbies are welcome, but please do not flake. If you flake I'll have to ban you from my next swaps. Swapers with rates higher than 4.0, and with NO more than three "no-sends"...otherwise I'll ban the swapers that do not fit these requirements.
