UKCA: Christmas Themed Junk Journal Part Works

This is an idea that Lucy and me both had at pretty much the same time. We thought it would be fun to start creating a Christmas themed journal, with specific swaps for the covers, some pages, tags and pockets, embellishments. If we get this underway now, there'll be plenty of time for us all to have a gorgeously festive journal by the time Christmas arrives. So.....

Create Christmas themed and suitably embellished, FRONT and BACK covers for the journal; A5 size (or very slightly larger to allow for an edge around the pages) and punched with a STANDARD TWO-HOLE PUNCH (or at least holes should be made to this spec!). Ensure that both sides of each cover is decorated. Insert two book rings (like ring binder clips) to hold them together. Cover some strong cardboard, use an old hardback book, use some chipboard or poster board as your base, to ensure that it is STRONG.

Put some time and effort into this, make sure that it is something that your partner will like and use. The trick is to not want to send it because you love it so much!

As this is a group swap, I don't expect any flaking. However, should this happen I am willing to angel once the appropriate rating has been given
