AO: September Technique Swap - Tissue Paper

---- THE SWAP DETAILS ---- You'll make ONE standard 2.5 x. 3.5 ATC card using any sort of technique using tissue paper. There are some wonderful techniques on You Tube to print on tissue paper. You could also stamp on it or use a tissue paper that has a fun design or colors.

When you send your card, be sure to explain which technique(s) you used. Get creative and have fun!

---- INSPIRATION ---- I was inspired by the You Tube video: "Printing on tissue Paper." I did find quite a few but this one was short and informative.
