LDEM: Match-a-Stamp Mail Art

Hi swappers!

For this swap, here's what to do:

• Choose a postage stamp or stamps you're going to use

• Decorate (or create) an envelope that matches the stamp(s) you've chosen

• Insert a lovely, inexpensive surprise inside the envelope

• Affix the stamp(s) to the envelope you created

• Address & mail off to your partner!

Here are some ways to match a postage stamp:

• if you chose blue stamps, you might create a blue collage envelope

• if you chose a stamp with a rabbit, you might draw a rabbit or use rabbit stickers on your envelope

• if you choose a stamp picturing flowers, you might choose to use flower-print paper to create your envelope

You can make this as challenging or simple as you like. Can you draw well? Try to recreate the stamp(s) you've chosen! Be creative and enjoy the process.
