Winter gets me thinking about.....

Hello lovely Aussie swappers! I'm finally back from my months away from the hobby (due to illness) and excited to get swapping with you all!

Mid winter has just passed us with the longest night and shortest day, a chilly and cozy time that always puts me into a thinking mood curled up with a blanket and a hot drink on my couch. What does it make you think of?

Well that's what this swap is about!!

Please include a letter (at least one a5 page) revealing something you've been thinking about in the dark cold weather recently - whether it's self reflection (ie tiktok makes me wonder if I have ADHD?) or personal (I've been thinking a lot about my father's parents, the grandparents I didn't get to meet as our lifetimes didn't overlap) or more philosophical or cultural (what can we do about bullying in highschools? Do you think there are other planets with life on them out there? What is my cat thinking when she stares at the curtains for an hour?)

Also include: - one teabag or coffee/hot chocolate sachet that you think is great in the winter time (if you don't have an appropriate enveloped drink, include a recipe for a hot drink instead) - one handmade winter themed small craft such as a bookmark, journal card, simple tag, or ATC - you don't have to be a good artist, this is just about making something yourself as a fun meditation on winter - some kind of deco on the envelope, doesn't need to be full stunning collage mail art but put some thought into the stickers or doodles (or go as wild as you want of course)

So to recap: 1 letter on your winter thoughts 1 flat handmade item (winter theme) 1 nice cold-weather beverage (sachet, tea envelope, or recipe) And some kind of decoration on the envelope 😊
