Ghosts are not just for Halloween! I LOVE ghost stories, ghost movies, ghost podcasts, ghost hunter TV shows - some more than others! haha :) Are you a ghost lover too? If so - join me! I'm curious to see how many swap-botters enjoy ghosty and haunted topics. If there are enough of us, maybe it's time to start a like-minded group! So, this swap will be International and you will have 1 partner to send a letter to. (Letters can be typed or handwritten, on stationery or plain paper - the 'big deal' for this one is about the message you are sharing with your partner!) Letter should be about 2- A5 (or half sheet of standard computer sized paper) pages. (1 page = 1 side, so 2 sides = 2 pages.) You can ABSOLUTELY write more! Please be sure to write the swap title AND your swap-bot ID with your letter. Make it clear so your partner can easily find the info and rate you. In the letter, tell your partner about a ghostly experience! Have you had a haunted happening? Did you have a spooky experience? See something you can't explain? Or do you have haunted hearing? Maybe it's spooky sleeping - waking to strange sounds or maybe sleep paralysis? What ever it is, tell us about it! :) Haven't had a personal experience but have heard of one from a friend or loved one? You can share that too! Just note that it's not your personal experience to your partner. :) In this letter we are getting to know each other a bit. This doesn't need to be a traditional pen pal intro, but please take your time to tell your partner about your interest with ghosts & hauntings and what your experiences have been. You can add photos if you have any, but that's not a requirement. You can start on this swap right now, it's not profile based! Then you can be to send when partners are assigned. I'm making this swap International so that EVERYONE can join - ghosts are International too! :) If you have an interest in a USA only or email version of this swap please send me a PM and let me know! Who can join? All swappers need to be in good standing. No late swaps on the dash, no unresolved 1's or 3's.
Ratings You MUST rate your partner. (No Ghosting!!!) If you receive a letter about ghostly goodness and with the swap title and swap bot ID & sent on time, you should rate a 5. If there are any problems, please message your partner. Yes, mail is moving slowly but don't use that as an excuse for not sending on time. I will angel this swap, once communication has happened and you have rated a 1. Please contact me with any problems. If anyone knows of a problem swapper who is signed up for this swap, please feel free to tell me in a Private Message - please do not leave comments below. I will check forums and lists, but I'm not perfect, so I welcome constructive information from other swappers. IF you have ANY questions about this swap, please SEND ME A PM. Do not leave comments below - I won't see them, and I won't have time to respond. Assigning partners For new swappers - the Swap Bot system assigns partners, not the host. You can find more information about it in the 'help' tab at the top right side of the screen. I cannot control who you are partnered up with, and you will be required to send to whomever you are paired up with. Sign up ends at midnight of the day listed. I am located in the Pacific North West of the USA (Pacific time), and I try to assign partners by noon, my time, the day after the sign up deadline. I start vetting swap members before sign up ends. If I send you a message with a question, and you don't reply by the time I assign partners, I will remove you from the swap (I don't like the word 'ban' - that is the swap-bot word) and will leave you a reason. Once partners are assigned, you are required to send to your partner and on time. |
