ATCET: White Glue Crackle

On your 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC, paint a thin layer of white glue, (real school glue like Elmers, not your craft glue) with a foam brush or paint brush, you can even use your finger. Let it dry just till it is tacky but not quite dry. That is an important step. so don't walk away from your project.

Brush acrylic paint over the glued ATC & let dry completely. You should then see the crackle. Now make your beautiful ATC any way you want making sure you can see some or most of the crackle.
