Vegetarian Recipes for a newer vegetarian

I like most vegetarian recipes but mine seem so boring or the magazine recipes have strange ingredients. So, I would like some family friendly, easy ingredient recipes. Please have the recipes be at least meatless, I havent gotten to the no dairy or no eggs. Send at least 1 main dish recipe, and 1 side dish recipe to 2 partners. That way each of us will get 4 new recipes.
Its a snail mail swap- please write or print your recipes on recipe cards and mail them.
