okay, this might sound like a stupid question.. but what's an ATC? and how do i make one? all the items i can get easily, except for the ATC. (T_T)

An ATC is a tiny work of art, 2.5 by 3.5 inches. What you use it make it is up to you! There are no rules except for the size.

many people with low ratings are just deleting their profiles and signing up with different names,and acting like they are new. then they never send but some mark that they do send, but I see it all the time, I would love to do this swap but I have gotten scammed over 50% of swaps I have joined. Then, the people are so harsh witht he ratings, I dont know, maybe its because of all the scammers? maybe next time.

Sooner or later everyone is going to stop sending swaps. It takes a con or bad apple to ruin it for everyone. I for one love the swaps, sending them as I feel I committed myself to it. Other people just like to take. I am starting to back off the swaps and thats a shame.

I hope I get my things from those who are to send to me . the last swap of pretty kitty I didnt get anything!

Swap-bot needs a system where an account with the same e-mail or snail-mail address can only be created once and once only. Scammers wouldn't be able to/want to change mailing addresses everytime they scam someone and change to a new account! I haven't been through the entire swapping process here (a.k.a haven't been through one and gotten/sent things yet, but I'm in the process), and now I'm not feeling very optimistic :( Hope I don't get too many bad apples to ruin my very first swappng experiences!

Question about swap - just Hello Kity, or characters from the Hello Kitty Universe?

And if the ones that we don't know about ATC maybe we could send more HK items instead of the ATC?? I would love to join but don't know how to make ATCs and haven't got the time to learn.

I'm going to be in Hong Kong just before this swap so yay I can stock up on hello kitty stuff! :) i'm a little dubious about my atc making skills though so hopefully my partner won't mind a atc shaped collage type thing instead :p

so excited for this one. i've made "atc's" before but im not sure about these "standated rules" that are mentioned. are there particular rules for swap-bot ATC's?

Not really, I just meant to make an ATC the way you would for any other swap-bot swap.

And this swap is definitely hello kitty only, unless you're in a real pickle and can only find other Sanrio characters, but HK is the most common one I think anyway?

Don't get hung up on the atc thing by the way, just make some little (2.5 x 3.5 inch) Hello Kitty paper art!

yay i've finished making my atcs - they're quite simple really just cut and pasted (: (hope my partners aren't expecting wonderful works of art! hehehe)
