Kawaii ATC HDHP #2:: Rilakkuma

For this swap, the second in a series, we will be creating a Hand Drawn/Hand Painted ATC for our partner based on a kawaii character.
An ATC is a mini piece of art 2.5 x 3.5 inches (can be in any orientation). It is important that you create your ATC on sturdy paper - if not, you can always back your ATC with some recycled cardboard like cereal box.
Please note, you need to draw or paint this by hand, do not print out a picture for your ATC, or use stickers in place of the character. Please include your name or username, the name of the swap, and the date it was made on the back of your ATC.

You can get creating early and post off to your partner ASAP.

Swappers must be recently active and have a well filled out profile and have a rating of 4.98 or higher with no recent 1s or 3s. Swappers who don't meet this criteria will be excluded at hosts discretion.
