This swap has a quick send-by date because you’re not shopping for anything, just packing and mailing something you have on hand.

Who doesn’t have a little (or not so little) pile/bin/drawer of items they’ve received as gifts and set aside to give to someone else? This swap is to destash your regifting pile.

Swap Requirements aka Regifting Etiquette
I compiled this list from online articles about regifting.

• Sender’s choice, but please make sure it’s not on your partner’s No, Thanks list. Don’t send that box of ten colors of glitter to someone who says No glitter!
• Age appropriate. Don’t send toys to people who don’t mention kids in their profiles!
• Not obsolete or outdated. Don’t send that VHS tape!
• Something nice. Not ugly! Not cheap!
• Go for generic. Don't regift family heirlooms or anything homemade.
• New. Pristine. No signs it’s been used or a sealed package that’s been opened. Not smelling of cigarette smoke. That used item I received went into the Goodwill bag!
• Wrap it, because this is gifting, and, if you like, in destash wrapping paper. When was the last time you wrapped a gift for a baby shower?!!
• Add a tag with the swap name, your name and your username.
