TUT: 'Thankful' Zentangle and Pass Postcard 2 of 3

What are you ‘Thankful’ for? Let us try something new…

Take a 4 by 6-inch piece of cardstock (something heavy enough to mail. Cereal box works good or cardstock). Draw a string on it with 3 spaces to tangle in.

Turn the card over and put your name and address on the mailing side. Leave room for your partners to write a short message. You may indicate here if you prefer black and white or fall colors.

Now, tangle in one space (intertwine a word that you are ‘Thankful’ for in your tangle) and leave the rest of the postcard undone. Put it in an envelope and mail it to your partner. Please list the tangles you used on the back of the card.

There will be 3 Swaps to finish the postcard. Put the postcard in an envelope and mail it to your partner. The next partner will Tangling a space and their intertwined ‘Thankful’ word in their space. Sign up for the next 2 Swaps in this series. Keep going until the postcard is full.

On the last Swap for this series, tangle the last open space (intertwined ‘Thankful’ word in that space), list the tangles you used along with your name and the name of the swap. Add a stamp on it and drop it in the mail (naked- no envelope) back to the original owner.
