I AM MAKING THIS SWAP LAST LONGER BECAUSE I NOTICED SOME SWAPERS HAVEN'T SENT THEIR PACKAGES YET, SO TIME WON'T BE AN EXCUSE FOR NOT SENDING YOUR PARTNERS PACKAGE. This swap is intended so that all the newbies can get rated, also for people like me, who had some troubles and need to get a better rating. It means I won't bannish anyone. I hope everyone to be sincere. If you won't send anything, please don't sign up or drop before the dead end. I am making this an easy swap, so here goes: INTERNATIONAL SWAP Send one handmade heart to each partner (Two Partners = Two handmade hearts. You can send what you decide to send, just as long as it has a handmade heart. Let's also aim to receive rating hearts, from our partners. I just received a wonderful heart from Snowowl, so I'm wondering when you are able to rate your partners, and how?

sewingspoon, a week after the "send by" date of this swap, another option will be up there in the yellow box for you to rate who sent you on this swap...

Ah, okay thank Betty! And another question for any Canadian swappers....how much do you usually pay to ship small parcels to the states? They told me 7 dollars and now if that's the case I'm in big big trouble, sinc ei'm up for a lot of swaps. What mystifies me the most is that the larger packages I've been getting from teh opposite direction (states) all have stamps on them for about 90 cents. Arg! What do I do now?

Oh crap. This is the only con I've ever come across to living in Canada. A 1lb package to the USA .. the lowest priced one was $6.20.

(I went to the Canada post website)

But the USA and International Letter Post (which I think is the same as our Airmail Letter Post?) is a lot cheaper.. I guess it depends on what you're sending.

Ya, the hearts are stuffed, so I'm in the process of trying to squish them to "letter" size. BUT even if they are letter sized and fairly flat I still get charged extra for having "stuff" in the envelope. Isn't that silly!

Hi, I'm wondering why this swap has been edited to apparently give more time to send, but the dates have not been changed...I could have sworn the date was changed before, but now it's back to the original date and I'm getting e-mails from swap-bot.

P.S. Jessica Fancy and myxrayisblack, not out yet today, trying to sort out this ridiculous postage mess, hopeful by the end of the day, I'll keep you posted :D

I need help trying to figure out what the swap host meant by saying they were changing the date, when according to swap bot the date is the exact same??? Well, don't worry about it, I've finally gotten my packages sent out, very, very sorry about the delay Jessica Fancy and myxrayisblack. Spoon

Jessica Fancy and myxrayisblack, any signs of my handmade hearts yet? I sent a HUGE amount of swaps (20-30) at about the same time and only one has been received! :(
