Let's sew 1 hanging dish towel for 1 partner. Hanging towels can be hung on the oven door handle so they are always handy. There are so many cute variations. You can decorate the bottom of the towel as well, but it is not required. Please make something that you would be happy to receive. If crochet is your thing, you can do that instead of sewing. Towels need to be new dish towels like waffle weave or terry cloth (no flour sack towels this time) and coordinate with the fabric used for the hanger. Here are some links to tutorials on Youtube that I thought were cute: The swap pic is from Pinterest. Adding this: please make sure that anything you send is free of smells and pet hair. Take a minute to use a lint roller on your project before sending, as some people are allergic to pet hair, and some people are allergic to fragrances and smoke smells. I'm giving this one a few weeks for the send date, but please communicate with your partner if anything comes up that you can't send on time. I will angel if necessary but we should all be good in this group. |
