WHAT YOU ARE SENDING

A postcard with one random question and your answer to it.

INSTRUCTIONS

Visit Random Question Generator and receive your question. On a postcard of your choosing, answer the question honestly. Ideally, your answer would be a paragraph or two in length.

Don't forget to write the question out so the recipient knows what you're talking about.

If the question is too personal, it's OK for you to choose another one. Just hit "next question" within the generator.

NEWBIES

While I understand the need to maintain the dignity of a swap and assure participants no one will flake, it's important to give people a chance to prove themselves.

Newbies, to participate, you must have at least fifteen lines on your profile. I will check before assigning partners. Thank you.

RATING AND REMINDERS

To receive a 5 rating, you are sending a postcard with a random question and your answer to it.

  • Swap for the love of swapping, not ratings, hearts, or comments. If you wish to send extras, that is up to your discretion.
  • Postal systems are like people. Some will be fast and some will be slow. Others are on time. If you haven't received your mail yet, send a message to the sender before losing your patience and rating a 1.
  • If you have a a 1 rating on your profile, please have an explanation on your profile or you can write something in the comments below. If you prefer privacy, send me a message.
  • Always include the swap name and your id.
  • If there's anything else, send me a message.

Thank you.

Well, I have my postcard done. Actually, I didn't have a postcard, so I used a card front that's about the size of a standard postcard.

I wrote as small as I could to be clearly seen, but it's not 2 paragraphs. But the entire left side is filled with my answer, so I hope that's OK?

@institches Well, if it fully answers the question and still legible, then it ought to be OK. Hopefully your partner will feel the same way.

My postcard stock is running low so I will probably continue a notecard form of this swap series. Hopefully this will work for you.

Hi everyone.

Thank you for your patience.

I've just messaged a few swappers about their swap load and participation due to their ratings. (And I typically judge based on recent ratings, within the last couple years.)

Once I've received a response, we can move forward and I'll assign partners.

Again, thank you for your patience.

Cheers, Dee

UPDATE: I will start the swap in two hours. Just waiting for one last response. If I get nothing, then the swapper will be dropped and we'll move forward.

Thank you for your patience.
