Please use picture as inspiration to make two tags for a journal.The tags should be combined with a accent piece.Tags should be under 4" long so they can fit in most journals.I saw these beautiful tags and was so inspired,hope you will be also.So to sum up you will make 2 sets of two tags you choose the theme.
