TPC: Tarot Study ~ The Fool

Hey friends! I hope you are well! I am excited to start a new swap series with y’all!

This will be a tarot study swap! I think this will be a great learning experience for everyone, and a fun way to build our relationships with each other and our cards! We will start with the Major Arcana and then eventually work through all of the different suits! Everyone is welcome to join no matter your experience! We all have something to learn or share with others! You do not have to participate in every swap in this series, but if you do, you will have worked through every card in the deck!

For each swap, you will have a few partners to send your email to! For each card, you will write what the card means to you, how it’s come up in your readings, and pick a few words that you think describe it best. You will also include a picture of the card in your deck, and write a short paragraph (at least 5-7 sentences) about the card. It could be dialogue between people, a monologue, just describing the environment around them, etc. Get creative with it! If you have multiple decks, this is a great way to work with decks you don’t know as well. Feel free to include anything else you would like to include! This swap series is meant to be a personal study that we share with each other. Keep in mind that everyone’s tarot style and knowledge is unique and there is no one ‘right’ way to read tarot.

Our first card on this little journey is of course ~ 0 - The Fool ~, the first card in the deck!

For the Major Arcana, we will do one card at a time, and then do multiple when we get to the suits!

To copy Margeux, here is a little overview of what you need to include in each email!

• Pick a few words that summarize the card to you.
• What does the card mean to you?
• If it has, how has it come up in your readings?
• Include a picture of the card in your deck.
• Write a paragraph about the card in your deck.
