How about sending 5 postcards, one to each swapper of anykind of postcard you may have that was sent to you and you have dups or get a new one of any subject. Just wrirte on the back of the card "I am sending this because....." and say anything you like to finish that sentence. You can make them, buy them, dig deep in the desk drawer or your collection for them. They can be new or antique. Newbies are welcomed but will check your profile to see if it is filled out enough. I am putting this with a short time from signing up to actual date they should be sent by as I think we all have postcards right now we can send. Have fun and don't forget the sentence to add to the back of the postcard with your name and name of swap.

is sending to canada the same price sending it in the US (meaning you live in USofA)... or is that international postage?

Peacewytch 01/27/2009 #

It costs .72 to send postcards to Canada, .94 most places outside USA. :O)

I guess I didn't realize Canada wasn't the same postage as other countries outside of USA.

What are dups?

Canada is about 30 cents cheap from the US than sending overseas to England or Australia etc.

Excuse the slang, but to me "dups" mean duplicates.

Thanks Peacewytch for the actual amount to send from USA to Canada. It may seem a small amt. difference to be international but when you send a whole bunch of cards on Swap-bot it does add up. That is why I made it USA and Canada.not International almost $1.00 a card.

I am so excited we got our partners today!! Yeah! I am going shopping for some today and will have mine out next week, I just love the pictures on postcards!

This is my first swap on this site. I put the name of the swap on each of the postcards I'm sending and my user name and address. Is there anything else I should put on my cards so they get tracked back to me? Thanks

I guess since they are all written as is now. But just want to know for future swaps :) Thanks, Jen
