For this swap you'll have one partner that you'll send a retro (think Popeye, Scooby Doo, Wuzzles, Darkwing Duck, anything 2000 or older) cartoon PC to! Must be store bought and naked and stamped! 4.98 or higher. Newbies must have at least 25 completed and rated tupe 2 or type 3 swaps! No recent 1s or 3s. No flakers or duplicate profiles! I'll be checking all profiles before assigning partners!
