Question, I was told at the post office that international for a letter was $1.20. So then I would need to do several stamps, right? Or should I just pay for postage at the post office for $1.20? I'm new to this, so thank you in advance!

Yikes! I didn't even think about that.

So far we just have two swappers in Canada. If you're sending to them use as much postage as needed but keep it within the range of what would fit in an envelope with one stamp here. Thanks!

FYI - You can purchase a global stamp at the post office. It costs $1.20. It is round. I always have a couple at the house because I live in a rural area and then I don't have to make a special trip to the PO to mail an international envelope.

These stamps ca also be used to mail heavier envelopes in the US.

In case anyone is wondering, an envelope with a first class stamp shouldn't weigh more than 1oz (28 grams).

Apparently, to send to Canada you can send 2 oz for the same price.
