Final: Up Above The World So High

This is the final swap for The Up Above The World So High series. If you missed one month or just want one more postcard...this swap is for you. There is only one Final swap, not both a US and a Intl.

This is one of my favorite series. I really loved the year long Kandinsky Concentric Circles Project we did in 2016 and love all the wonderful hearts from 2017. The suns in 2018 were incredible. And, I am looking forward to this years series.....Up Above The World So High. Stars won hands down when we voted, but the Moon was very close. We had several people make the suggestion of combining the two.....so that's what this year's series will be..........any combination of stars and moon. To clarify...you can make a postcard with just the moon, or just stars, or any combination featuring both.

We will make a postcard each month that features the moon And/Or stars on it. For our postcards, your moon and stars themselves can be any size, shape, color, etc. Feel free to paint, sew, bead, mixed media, pyrography, photograph, collage, weave, etc. The art is all up the you. You may use any art medium to make your postcards. And I truly love seeing what you all create...feel free to post photos in the forum.

Now for the postcards themselves, the only thing I ask is that all the postcards be 4 x 6 inches, and be oriented horizontal or landscape.

Your creation must contain at least one Moon or Star. It is preferred that you mail these Naked, but if yours is particularly fragile, lumpy or beaded, etc, feel free to mail it in a decorated envelope or clear sleeve. Please include your user name and swap name somewhere on your postcards. At the end of the year, you will be able to mount all your series postcards together to make one big collaboration project.

You can make these separetly each month, or you can do it all at one time by making a huge master board for the background, and then use them for each month's swap. You can participate in just one swap, all of them, or you can participate as your schedule allows. And I will continue to host a USA and an International version.
