BTH: Autumn Altar Parcel - US Only

Many of us tend to cleanse and change our altars (or sacred spaces/corners) around the seasonal equinoxes, and as I was scheduling my own for September, I thought that it would be fun to share our spaces with one another - and exchange a profile based gift to add to these spaces or enhance our own spiritual practise for autumn!

If there's enough interest in this swap, I'll host one for each season moving forward.

NOTE: Because this may run into higher than usual postage depending on the size of the parcel you put together, I'm hosting a regional US-Only version as well as an international version. I want to give everyone the opportunity to join in the fun!

The Swap...

For this swap you'll have one partner to whom you send a small "autumn altar parcel" which will include the following:

• A photo of your altar or sacred corner/space.

• A handwritten letter describing your altar or space - any special meanings, dedications, etc. The letter should be a minimum of two sheets (front and back) of letterset sized stationery, or 1 sheet (front and back) of A4/8.5x11 paper. If you're using plain paper, please doll it up a bit with stickers, stamps, or washi - but the focus should really be the content of your letter.

• A profile based gift for your partner's altar/space or their practise in general. Ensure that you read their profile carefully so that you don't send something they don't want - and that you find something for them they'll love. If you're having a hard time trying to figure out what that might be, DM them to ask. Don't be shy!

The Administrivia

• Ensure that your name, username, and the swap name are included in the letter.

• Send on time. Rate promptly upon receipt. Sending late without communication warrants a 3 rating and removal from the group. Not rating or having to be chased for a rating also warrants removal from the group. Communicate and rate.

• Rate according to the Swap-Bot Rating Criteria. Failure to rate your partner or to rate correctly will result in your removal from this group.

• If you are going to be late sending, make sure you let your partner and me know prior to the send-by date.

• Hearts are purely at the discretion of the rater.
