YTPC: Framed Double Hang Tags

For this project, we'll be following the tutorial found HERE to create a double tag: a larger background tag and a smaller framed tag on top.

Since the tutor uses digital kits, she doesn't give sizes. Let's shoot for a minimum tag size of 2.5" wide and 5" long for the base tag (larger is fine); the smaller tag can be whatever size you choose (maybe the domino size: 1"x2").

Let's create the smaller tag using acetate of some type. Acetate is everywhere! Report covers, sticker sheet bags, transparency sheets,etc.

If you don't have the fiddly gadget she uses to create the frame for your smaller tag, just improvise. I don't have that tool and don't plan to buy it.

Use an eyelet setter + eyelets if you have them; if not, just punch small holes.
