YTPC: 100-Day: Day 12: Book Page Tag Spot

Hi swappers!

For day 12 of our 100-Day Project, we'll be following Roxy's tutorial found HERE to create a book page tag journal spot. When you've finished your spine, please glue/sew some type of paper inside the spine for journaling.

Roxy doesn't give the sizes of her tags, so let's agree to create with a FOLDED piece that measures at least 4" wide x 5" high. Your tags might be larger, but 4"x5" is the smallest acceptable size. You may use one folded page as Roxy does or fold 2 book pages together for added stability--especially if your book pages are thin.

You'll be creating 2 book page tags, collaging one side of each, and attaching together with a length of ribbon, muslin, etc. Please remember to leave a little space between the two tags when gluing (sewing) them to the ribbon so that the tags will fold easily to create a 'book.'

Now . . . on to the length of the tutorial--it is R E A L L Y long (and unnecessarily so). Feel free to whiz through a lot of it to get the general idea of the swap and be creative.
