Light Blue on Light Blue

The ATC has to be in portrait mode or orientation. That is the 3.5” is the side and the 2.5 is the top. And it has to be done on sturdy paper like a cereal box cut to size.

So, you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish your ATC as long as your main color scheme is (for July) is light blue. (Dark or Navy is for another month)

Maybe a glossy light blue back ground with a felt or textured foreground light blue.

It doesn't need to be a solid block of light blue background with a solid block of light blue foreground. If the background is a whole bunch of light blue candies, there are going to be different shades of lighter light blue and even a bit of white highlights.

As long as the background paper is light blue and the main foreground image is light blue and there is one embellishment somewhere on the ATC — we’re good!

And, of course, no sticker slapping.
