Write_On 30 Days 30 Letters

This is going to be a super huge time involving swap. Please do not sign up if you don’t feel you are able to commit to writing 30 letters in 30 days.

I’ve been participating in the Write On campaign for the last two years and have really enjoyed it. But sometimes I struggle to find 30 different people to write to in a month.

For those that don’t know, April is the national letter writing month and there is a campaign called Write On that basically involves the writing of 30 snail mail letters in the month of April.

I thought it would be fun to have a swap here revolving around this idea but instead of having 30 different partners you will have 1 partner that you write 30 letters to.

So here are the details:

1. Begin April 1st.
2. One partner.
3. Write at least a one (1) page letter to your partner each day.
4. Place the letter in an envelope and add something from your day. A receipt, a ticket, a picture, poem, recipe you tried that day, etc. You get the picture.
5. Seal/Close the envelope and on the front write the number of the envelope or the date. If the item you are adding to the envie is too big to fit inside then you can rubberband or clip it behind the envelope.
6. Set the envelope aside and keep it safe until the end of the month. We will mail all the letters at once to your partner the first week in May.
7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for all the days of the month,

After the last letter (#30) has been written, bundle the letters together and mail them to your partner. You must use a shipping method that includes tracking. This is a REQUIREMENT for the swap.

UPDATED 03/29/2019: The extra from your day that you add to your envelope can be taped/glued to the actual letter if it's a picture.
