I would love to do this swap later in the spring if you ever decide to repeat it (I’m just a wee bit too busy to add another project, sadly). But it’s a wonderful swap idea ~ those examples you linked are amazing and I’m sure myself and the mail carrier would be ecstatic to hold it in our hands.

Thank you. I think they are fun also.

Does anyone know U.S. postage rates for odd-shaped postcards? I'm seeing 71 cents for odd shaped envelopes on the USPS site, but anyone know off-hand if this would be different for postcards?

Thanks!

Depends on size also, but I have been told to add the .21 non machinable stamp to the regular postcard stamp, and also been told just a regular .50 stamp should cover it. When I send the thick postcards.....paintings on canvas boards, then its .71. Unfortunately, I think it depends on who you get at the postoffice. In general, I would rather add additional postage than half to wait in line, but that's just me.

Thanks-that's helpful! I'm with you there on using extra postage and avoiding the line. 71 cents it is!
