Description:

I used to be on scrapbook/art journal message boards with these huge christmas card swaps, we were supposed to send out over 20 cards, all home made, which turned out to be a big issue every year. :) I enjoyed receiving all the beautiful creations, but the (mass) process of creating cards was a bit too stressful for me. However, I miss these days.

For this swap, we will have TWO partners and send both of them a fancy Christmas (or Hannukah) card we made ourselves. Easy peasy!
(If you're nice and early and include your return address, your partner might send a card back and you'll have a new pen pal. How about that.)

No:
- You can't send storebought cards.
- You can't send your card 'naked' (double cards are not required, but an envelope is, so no post cards).
- You can't just 'sticker slap' your way out of this. :)
- Please don't join when you know of a mail strike or other problems with the postal services that may cause your cards to arrive late.

Yes:

+ You can reuse old christmas cards or other materials- to use ON your card.
+ This is a sender's choice swap.
+ All techniques allowed: embroidery, collage, stamping, paper piecing, mono printing, hand lettering, painting, etc.
+ These cards are made by you! Show us your best!
+ You can send two identical cards to your two partners.
+ The size is your choice - but the minimal size requirement is 3x4 inch.

I will allow newbies to join, as long as they've been online between signing up and the assignment of partners. After all, we all have to start somewhere!

I marked this a Type 3 swap because there IS a considerable craft component.
Recent threes are not allowed - neither are unresolved ones. Sorry. Will check all participants obviously.

I can angel this one (after a reasonable repair time and rating a '1') but it may become a New Year's card then. :)
Please. No flaking though. It's lame. Ugh.
