This is a fast and easy block....Looks adorable when put together. Our goal is to get enough blocks to make a lap quilt. 8.5" blocks Send 2 blocks to 1 partner. In the directions for cutting background fabric....they said to cut 2 strips 1 1/2 X 6 1/2 - that is WRONG..... cut 2 strips 1 1/2 X 8 1/2 is the correct measurement..... For background only use white, white on white, or white with small print (should mostly be white-as shown in the picture) For the house it's your choice of colors! Tutorial click here Enjoy!

Nice block, I'd love to get a couple from each partner and hope to have at least a child's bed size quilt in a few months -- hope the tutorilal is works

Just went to your tutorial, I found two house tutorials from Missori quilt company, but neither one is this design. Please do some invetigation and edit direction with correct tutorial.

The link has been updated to the correct tutorial....I was looking at both blocks and must have copied the wrong one for this swap....sorry - but all is fixed!

It says "free" all over the place but it also says it's 4.95 and paid through Pay Pal. I think that means it's not actually FREE By looking at it and knowing the size -8/1-2 I could easily make my own pattern but at the moment I have too many things to do to got hrough all that. I's a very cute house but I'm going to drop out of this one.
