Another cd swap! This one is not for the genteel amongst us, this time we want SONGS YER MA HATED!Put your fave tunes (minimum 15 - no more than 2 by the same artist) and send to 3 partners. Please include a tracklisting and if you want make a cool cover for it, even better! I'm guessing this will be a bit raucous and rude, so if you're easily offended, maybe don't go in this one. I'd like to think our cds will have the "parental advisory" stickers on the front! So let's have fun with this one, it is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but I know heaps of my fave songs have the old F word, which my mum would die if she heard. hah. Newbies are welcome, I'm not going to be anal about excluding people, but if your feedback looks lousy, you may be banned.

Haha, this is a great idea - for one of my tape swaps I made one side with songs that would fit your description. I was a bit worried I'd offend my partner but he loved it.

I really wish I could make my own CDs now :-(((

I made a community on livejournal for swap-bot swappers to post pictures of what they're swapping, make friends, etc. It is a very new community, and I think it will be a lot of fun as soon as people start joining.

Mine could be interesting, My mum has pretty varied tastes and would list bands like greenday as her favourites (especially the ones with swearing), and she is fond of a little rammstein even, so I suppose my mix is going to be pretty offensive :D Thats the idea here though right!?

PXL you have to wait until the swap host assigns partners...if 3 days after the signup deadline they still haven't clicked to assign the partners, the site will do it for them. i assume the partners will be posted by at least tomorrow.

m.e. liddel, i got your mix today!! just a heads up, the wrapping tore along one edge so that the cds were very close to slipping out. you might want to line the edges with some packing tape!

Hey there snowowl! Got your mix today, and thanks...I am a cool Mom. I took my girls to see "Live" as their first concert when they were in elementary school and they were the only kids on the block who knew all the words to "Add it Up"! HA HA. Anyway, I'm listening to your mix now and cracking up to She Needs It! I'm gonna have to burn a copy of this for my daughters. Thank you! Oh, LOVE the card and button, too.
