I do like the idea of this swap - but to be honest, a lot of these questions will probably be difficult to answer for non-Americans. I'm in Europe and I've never even heard of things such as tater tots and tuna helper, to name but two...

email would be easier as it doesn't include postage. just copy/paste the email addresses in the bcc function and all 5 will be sent at the same time. anyone may do a snail-mail version if they want

@Magali if you don't know what something is, just say you don't know, but would love to try them, or whatever, for your answer. Or, just say fries for the answer. Tater tots are just another fast food potato (and you can get them frozen, over here, anyway). You can look them up on-line. In Taco Bell (I think), they're called Mexi-fries. You could probably find a recipe for them on-line to give them a try. I like them better than fries!

Hamburger Helper is a packaged food with spices and some kind of pasta that you add water and fried hamburger to. Tuna Helper is the same type of thing only you add canned tuna to it. You can find homemade recipes of them on-line too. My favourite kind of Hamburger Helper is Chile style, but I can't find it often anymore. I prefer the homemade now.

I grew up in Texas, lived in Oregon for awhile but live in Greece for many years. I remember a lot of these foods but haven't eaten or even seen them in over 20 years!!!! This is going to be fun.
