Mail Art x TEN

Mail Art x 10 is a magical and easy way to possibly make 10 new snail mail pals from anywhere in the world.

The object is this: handwrite ONE introductory letter, designed by you to show who you are, to show your style and creativity. This letter should be scanned and printed out in color so that you will send to TEN partners. Your artwork & creativity is a must on how you decorate or make your envelopes. I completed a swap like this years ago & am still good friends with a few.

FOR SOME CLARIFICATION: the letter can be whatever style you like, but as it will only be ONE letter you’re writing and COLOR photocopying (or scanning and printing in color), you’ll probably want it to stand out in some way - whether it’s on fun paper or decorated by you. If you choose to print in BLACK & WHITE (or even write each letter by hand) & decorate, that’s ok also. Was trying to make this an easy swap. Feel free to be as creative as you’d like.

Your letter should be at least 2 pages (A4 or 8x12 in) (front & back of 1 paper). Please provide your partners with 5 facts about yourself & some funny habit you have & food you like or dislike that may seem unusual.

Because many are new & energized, I will open this up to NEWBIES, but no 1’s or 3’s acceptable in the last 3 months.

I will angel to anyone who does not receive their special letter after you’ve contacted & left this partner a 1.

But, this is such a fun & easy project to meet people who love receiving fun & colorful mail! You are not obliged to write back to anyone, but you could make a friend for life!
