Completely copied from @shinyserra 's series description... "This swap is for a mixed media art tag with Rainy Day theme. Your tag must be at least 2 1/2 by 5 inches and no larger than 4 1/2 by 8 inches. Use a sturdy backing. You can add these to your mixed media tag journals if you have one already started. If not, all you need is a binder ring or carabiner and you're good to go! Your tag must include at least 3 mediums and also include some sort of fiber to hang off the ring at the top, such as ribbon, lace, twine, fringe, whatever you have. Sign your tag on the front or back and it is up to you if you want to decorate the back."

I've never done an electronic swap before, how does this work? Do we make the tag and then post a photo somewhere?
