I'm new to MemoryDex and love them! I noticed that they are always 4 inches wide...My first swaps with this were local and we did 5 inches that fit so much nicer in the memory dex box holder I made. Is there a standard? even my roladex is 5 inches. I'll join anyway because I love making memorydex...I was just curios. (By the way...is says must be 4" wide...is that a set size...or a minimum?

@MissLatitude there are many different size Rolodex card sizes and there are three different groups on swap-bot that have all different sizes, but they weren't doing MemoryDex size which is a branded name by Heidi Swapp who made dies and a punch for the specific MemoryDex size of 4" wide and the height of them is anywhere from 3-1/4" to 4" tall with the notches in the middle 1" apart. She also has a MemoryDex Rolodex file that she made, but there are many YouTube tutorials on how to make your own file box. Personally, I found an old retro open V-style Rolodex on EBay that I love to collect mine that works beautifully. You can use the Heidi Swapp MemoryDex dies to make your MemoryDex cards or her punch that punches the notches in the bottom or if you own a Cricut machine Lorrie Nunemaker and Lolly Palooza have YouTube tutorials of MemoryDex cards and free files for the cards to make on the Cricut- I like Lorrie's the best. One of the Rolodex groups does do a large Rolodex size of 5". If you would like a copy of the pattern each group uses and the name of the group, let me know. There hasn't been a specific group formed yet that I know of that does the specific MemoryDex cards, but 3 or 4 of us have been creating swaps because that is the size we like to collect. I hope this answers your questions - just let me know if I can answer anything else or if you need help with anything. Happy crafting! πŸ™‚
