WIYM: Keep Calm & Washi On!

I hosted this swap a few years ago and thought I'd try it again. This is a swap for WASHI TAPE LOVERS.

What do we washi tape lovers do best? We look at tape, we buy tape, we collect tape, we share tape, we use tape. Then we repeat the process sometimes over and over. Why sometimes we may even feel like dumping our washi tape rolls out on the floor and rolling them around and, well, yeah it may sound a little crazy, but then again, aren't we washi lovers a little washi crazy anyway? LOL! :)

So, in this swap, you will:

• Create a washi tape card for each of your 2 partners. The design is up to you (you'll find lots of inspiration online). It can even be simple like the one I did above. It will be for your partners to enjoy, so please write a note to inside each card, telling your partners something about washi (where you like to buy it, what do you do with it, etc).

• Send 8 different washi tape samples to each of your partners (no solid colors). Each sample should be a minimum length of 18 inches (45.72 cm), and please wrap it a surface it can be easily removed from, right down to the last piece.

• Decorate the front of your envelopes with several strips of washi tape (note, if you need to add a mailing label, you might want to add a piece of scotch tape over it, as some labels don't stick that well to washi tape).

• Keep Calm and Washi On!! :)
