The Swap

To celebrate the founding of this group, let's begin with a simple swap.

  • Send 10 samples.

  • Each sample must be a minimum of 15inches/38cm in length.

  • Put the samples on a playing card or similar item that the tape will not stick to.

  • Please, no plastic deco tape or duct tape, otherwise, sender's choice.

  • Add a note with your username, swap name, and the group name.

  • Quality is subjective, so when choosing tape, consider what you would like to receive and choose/send accordingly.

Restrictions

  • This swap is open to all new members, although I will be checking profiles for recent/unresolved 1s.

Rating

  • Please contact your partner before rating a 1.
  • I will angel this swap.

Thank you!

Thank you to ArtyBeth3 for filling me in on how much washi tape can fit in an envelope for international postage rates. We're going to try 10 samples for this swap. :)

If you put your tapes on 2 standard size playing cards and then lay them side by side and add a snippet of tape to keep them flat, they will mail, along with a little note with your swap id information, for international postage. If you have a light weight note card, this sometimes can go in too. You'll just have to weigh it to make sure. I think the cut off weight for USA sending internationally is 1 ounce. But I think for USA to Canada is 2 ounces
