Ratings boost swap - Jan. 2018

2.3.18. BEWARE: This person requested a second chance. On 1/26/18: I re-wrote the swap and sent the swapper a message that I was doing so. The new directions for the swap requested she send me a message when she sends the swap. I did not receive any such messages, as requested she do in the swap directions. I re-wrote the swap on 1/26/18, yet she posted she sent on 1/24/18 (the very same day I requested she NOT send the swap until I decided what to do. -I post VERY early 5;30-6 am before work). How can she send if the new directions had not been posted? This person does not know how to follow directions, and is not safe to swap with.

1/26/18: This Swap has been re-written.

Description: Swapper 1. will send one small hand made journal to swapper 2.
Swapper 2 will send 1 package of at least 10 random items to swapper 1 to be used in journals, scrapbooking, pocket letters or ATCs.

Step 1:
Swapper 1 - WILL send message to swapper 2 within two days to accept or deny revised swap.

Swapper 1 - Will leave a message for Swapper 2 below in the Comment section when she has mailed the item. (within the mail time frame above)

Swapper 2 - WILL rate as soon as she receives her package.

Step 2: Swapper 2: Will send leave message for Swapper 1 below in the comments section when her package has been mailed to her.

Swapper 1 WILL rate as soon as she receives her package.

Recap of rules: Swapper 1 has 2 days to accept the swap, then 5 days to send the swap. Please see mail date above. Swapper 2 will send random package as soon as she receives item from Swapper 1. This will avoid any further issues with this swap.

1/22/18: This Swap was cancelled due to non-responsiveness from the swapper that requested I set it up.

1/20/18: Sent one last email, since others were not read, to give swapper a chance to follow through with the swap. Asked her to please reply and let me know one way or the other.
