It is now 2018 WOW! Time fleets! So: Make three envelopes out of your old 2017 calendars I bet you have or any year you have. All three out of calendars pages only. You can do any size no smaller than 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 Your third one can be one from your stash you may have made by someone else. The other two by you. Or all 3 by your hand.
