Description:
From a page of a book cut it to the standard size ATC & attach it to a sturdy backing. On this background, you will stamp anything on it you wish. You can add embellishments if you wish but, the main part is rubber stamping on the text. You will be sending one ATC to one partner. I am giving this a little extra time because it is over the holidays for most of us.

Leave stamped image as it is stamped? Or can we color/paint it?

You can color it as long as you can tell it was a stamped image to begin with.
