I have a question: Let's say my partner listed lipbalms, buttons, ATC's, cards and stickers as things they collect. Should I get them 1 of each 5 things, or could I get two lipbalms, two buttons and one atc?

Just trying to figure out if I have to get 5 different hings or not. Cause some items might be hard to find in some countries!

I am just (more than) a little worried I would get as a partner someone who only collects heavy things like teapots etc... as it would cost me a fortune to ship something like that from Spain :(

Hi :) Some things I collect are for actual collections, some are supplies for my arts/crafts… and some fall into both categories. Oh and I don't mind used/thrifted items as long as they are in good condition :)

• Vintage children's flash cards that have an image and a matching word.
• Vintage children's dictionaries/first word books (the pictures have labels).
• Pins/brooches in the shape of a flower.
• Any images of fruit, candy/chocolate, cupcakes, ice cream, other sweets and bicycles.
• Used postage stamps. (But I don’t need any of the Forever Liberty Bell stamp!)
• Playing cards or tarot cards with a pretty/interesting design on the back.
• Pretty vintage glass serving bowls, dishes, plates.
• Vinyl records (the big ones—LPs)… any artist!
• Cabochons and pretty/interesting sew-on buttons.
• Papers, cardstock, wallpaper, patterned contact paper/shelf liners.
• Any interesting game pieces (i.e. wooden Scrabble tiles, Monopoly movers, chess and puzzle pieces).
• Other small odds and ends like keys, bottle caps, fortune cookie fortunes, typewriter keys or telephone/calculator buttons.
• Rubber/clear stamps. (Nothing religious, not people’s faces, no words/text please.)
• Scraps of fabric (especially with fruit or cupcakes).

@Canariangal78 Thanks for joining and updating! :) I'm hoping to be able to do this on a regular basis. This will be the first time hosting so I'm really excited. I knew that I would have some people interested in the swap, but I had no idea I'd have this many people to sign up. WOW. It's awesome. I feel so giddy now. lol. Hopefully you will get someone that is understanding and willing to receive numerous items to choose from instead of a few things like that. :) Let me know if you have any problems with that or concerns or questions after they are chosen. :)

• Anything handmade I have never had a dotee doll, amigurumi, altered journal, matchbox or stuffie before but i would love to start collecting them!
• Old wooden boxes. They don't have to be big or have any design or anything. I love em dirty, old and smelly. LOL
• I love anything miniature
• I collect candles that smell of baked goods, maple, coffee and tropical
• I just got my first 2 ATC's ever from @AmelieChev this past week and would like to start collecting these as well...preferably something that relates to my likes on my profile
• Gel pens and colorful inked pens
• Snacks from other countries...okay i don't actually collect them, I eat them but then I do collect the wrappers from them if that counts ;o)
• I like to collect nice journals
• Deco tapes would be nice too

I collect squashed pennies, anything to do with bats, cute stickers, rubber duckies, cute letter sets, and the little toys that comes in capsules/eggs.

i collect: anything ville valo or HIM oriented, nice stationary and paper, neat boxes, movies, weird things, books or journals, house of lui dolls, anything to do with ninjas. this is going to be fun!

I am also a collector of collections....My fav to receive would be vintage/unique postcards, handmade/altered journals or matchboxes, vintage/cute stationary, monuments/statues/souvenirs/snowglobes of places where you live (sort of have a mini world going on), postage stamps of places outside the US, vintage illustrated children's books, craft books/magazines, cool/cute rubber stamps, cute/vintage buttons, scrabble tiles, foreign currency, anything related to paris, france...vintage/cute tins (think tea tins, etc), chic lit books, amy butler fabric, classic disney dvd movies, cute coinpurses, anything orchid/lotus flower, cute brooches.... hope this helps!

I collect owls, records (lp size), pablo neruda poetry books, anything to do with beat culture, photobooth or polaroid pictures (especially ones showing people's tattoos), zines, robots, items with typewriters on them, tin shrines, older nylon magazines, bottle caps, tiny objects, size 10 rings.

I collect precious moments anything, love refregerator magnets, cross stich kits and patterns, spoons from all over, bits of lace or ribbon, fabric with kids shows ( my little pony, carebears, etc.) coffee cups that are different (unusual shape, designs) and of course flavored coffees to go in the cups, anything tweety and novelty lighters.

I collect bird things: cool statues, stickers, anything really. Also, small and pretty containers, old hardcover Emile Zola books, I have Germinal, Nana, and The Masterpeice. Different, artsy, cool notecards; blank or otherwise. I am also always collecting craft supplies I never know what I am going to be working on, I like papers, ribbon, buttons, embelishments, I LOVE fabric, I am always collecting more fabric. I like cool different, funky colors and designs. That should do it. Thank you
