So when theres no assignments do we just pick someone to write a letter to? Sorry im new here and i ve been trying to figure out how i find out who i send letters to.

@Letterwithlove - once you join the swap, after the sign up date (September 3rd) a partner will be assigned to you. On the right side of your screen you'll see a yellow box with options - right now there are only a few. After your partner is assigned one of the options will be "see the partner I send to". When you click on it, you'll see their address and a link to read their profile. Make sense?

@writercat - once yoy receive a swap, go into that swap on your dashboard. Again on the right hand side is a yellow box with options to choose. One of them will be "rate my partner and coordinator" - click on it and you'll see how to fate, add a heart, and leave a comment. If you have more than one partner, you can comment and rate individually - you don't need to wait until you receive everything. Have fun!

I sent out mine today but the letterbox have empty for today so it go away tomorrow.

I saw my dashboard say partner asign but how do i know where to see my partner details ??

@Elison look in the upper right hand corner of this swap page it says "See the partners I send to." That will have your partners name and address as well as a link to their profile.

@Urxebe was a month late on a swap when partners were assigned for this one. Did you check profiles??

@TC Sorry, but I do not have see that she have sent too late in other swaps. What you mean? And for this swap, she have still some days to send.

When you host and you're checking profiles, you should check each participant's dashboard to see if they are late on swaps. She has a swap that was supposed to be sent by AUGUST 1. So it was a month overdue when you assigned partners. If you're not sure of all the responsibilities of being a host, you might want to learn.

The letter to my partner left France today and is headed to the USA!

I am rather concerned that my partner had no profile and has not been online since August 22.

Risky swap. 0.0 rating requirement, and the host did nothing to check profiles.

Mailed today as Oct 1 wad a Sunday and we have no ma service. Already I know to expect no mail as the partner I was assigned is partially suspended and gas not been online since Sept 21. Disappointing.

So, we are supposes to write to one person we are assigned to, then a different person is supposed to write to us? So in actuality we write to two people? I think I have goofed. I was waiting for my letter. I was going to write to that person only. I didn't send a letter to anyone else. Please help.
