Whether or not you entertain, a recipe you can make during the High Holy Day month can make you smile. Share one of your favorite recipes with one partner. Put it on card stock (one-sided) to glue into her journal or holy book.

When you sign up, let us know if you have food restrictions or allergies so your partner can send a recipe for something you might actually make, eat or drink, and like.

This can also be the time you share a spell for October. If you choose to send a spell, this is sender's choice.

As a flat rate swap, your recipe (or spell) card can go in a simple envie with one forever stamp, or you can up the energy and make the recipe card or envelope fancier. No extras needed for this one. Keep It Simple Sweetie (KISS).

Send on time. Remember to include the swap name and your ID with a note saying why you sent what you did. You must rate when received, and so if your partner has not rated you, please contact me. PM me with questions or concerns.

My holy book would accommodate a 4x6 page to glue on. We are 'loosely defined' vegetarians, eating fish and eggs.

As far as meat goes, I can only eat it if it has 2 legs or swims. I am a diabetic, but I can eat sweets, as long as I don't go overboard and eat the whole pie!

No meat, or fowl. Everything else is awesome...thank you.

I do not eat pork or fish, but all other meat is fair game. I also greatly dislike tomatoes.

I'm a pescatarian, so do not eat meat, but do eat eggs & fish. I prefer recipes to be 4x6 if possible, as that size fits in my recipe box. :)

I have a three-ring-binder as my book so I can shuffle things around as I see fit. 8x10 works fine for me so long as I can punch three holes on the left side. I have Celiac Disease aka can't have anything with gluten. I also can't eat pork, but I do eat fish and fowl. Green bell peppers are evil because no matter what they're cooked in that's all I will taste. Because of my food allergies my husband and I have gotten very creative with what I can eat. Feel free to send something that's flexible.

My grimoire can accommodate up to a 8 1/2 x 11" page. Smaller is also fine. I'm an eclectic witch and open to a variety of spells/rituals.

Preservatives like sulfites are the only thing I avoid, but this is not really a problem with home cooking. I've also gotten pretty clever at substitutions. So, pretty much any type of recipe would be good. :)

I'm always happy to email back and forth if you have any questions!

I am allergic to nutrasweet, so no recipes that involve it please.

My BOS is an 8"x8" book, so I can accommodate anything up to that size. I'm eclectic in my spirituality, so I'm good for anything spell-wise.

I can take cards/pages up to 8x11.5 for my book. As for recipes I am game to try just about anything, however I really don't like tomatoes & I don't typically like "hotdish/casseroles". Sorry for my picky eating! As for spells, I'm a secular, solitary witch with a focus on the kitchen, garden, and sewing/crafting. However anything season appropriate is welcomed!
