International. NO NEWBIES. ONLY 15 SWAPPERS ALLOWED. For this swap you will have 1 partner who you will send 2 rubber stamps,those used for scrapbooking. any design and any size is allowed since it will be a surprise for your partner. only new, never used rubber stamps allowed not broken, not dirty! Not hand made rubber stamps allowed, only store bought. Send more or big size rubber stamps for hearts. Flakers will be banned. Must have 10 swaps completed and a rating of 5 and no no sends. Those who don't fit the requirements and those on my black list will be strictly banned. To make it a quality swap, only the first 15 persons who sign and fit the requirements will be allowed. please include a note in or on the envelope with the swap name and your user name. happy swapping!

Do they have to be on wood? Or are unmounted ones ok too? Personally I prefer UMs

I only have nine completed right now but will have 10 done by the time the Sign-up date come along :) Yay Stamps!
