Description:

I really loved the Kandinsky Concentric Circles Project we did in 2016 and wanted to do another in 2017. For 2017, I have decided to do a similar project but instead of circles we will make a postcard each month that features a heart on it. Your heart can be any size, shape, color, winged or not, etc. Feel free to paint, sew, bead, mixed media, pyrography, photograph, collage, weave, etc. The art is all up the you. You may use any art medium to make your postcards.

The only thing I ask is that all the postcards be 4 x 6 inches, and be oriented horizontal. Your creation must contain at least one heart but you can also put as many as you like. It is preferred that you mail these Naked, but if yours is particularly fragile, lumpy or beaded, etc, feel free to mail it in a decorated envelope. Please include your user name and swap name somewhere on your postcards. At the end of the year, you will be able to mount all your heart postcards together to make one big collaboration project.

Here is the closest thing I could find.

Heart Collage

Hearts

Kids Hearts

But really, it will be like the Kandinsky Circle Project, just this time, we will feature Hearts, not concentric circles.

You can make these separetly each month, or you can do it all at one time by making a huge master board, and save them for each month's swap. You can participate in just one swap, or every month.

We also are going to have a USA version and an Intl version.
