Large Flat Envelope: July -USA-

For this swap you will send your partner a large flat envelope (9"x12") weighing 5 oz. or more. You can send any kind of paper, as long as it is ATC size or larger. Embellishments, die cuts, and other flat things are fine to send as well. Do not fold any papers in your envelope. Handmade, hand stamped, and papers you have designed yourself are fine to send and are encouraged.

USA only due to postage and speed. Please have a minimum of 10 type 2 or 3 swaps completed to join. No recent, un-explained 1's or 3's. Minimum rating of 4.98. Will ban those I don't see fit to swap for whatever reason.
