Thanks for making this open to newbies, it will help me boost ratings so I can participate in others. Great Idea.

Nice swap. I hosted a candle swap a couple of months ago and it went over well. Will be doing some more coming up, so hopefully we can join each others off and on. My next one will be a themed one most likely! Anyway, I joined. I love candles!! LOL

How would you send the candles so they wouldn't get damaged? Would a bubble envelope be good enough?

I think a bubble envelope should be ok, or a small box w/ padding, tissue paper or something. Hope everyone is well! I am going to assign partners (hopefully that is easy!) early tomorrw a.m.! Happy swapping!

Hi all, I am not sure if you are aware of the mess with "auntiem" aka "oregonmeadow" just to name a few. If you read the forums you will see. I have offered to angel oregonmeadow's two partners, but cannot seem to get the host to e-mail me information. If you were one of her partners, just PM me and I will get package out to you. I sure would love to hear from lovtobecreative in regards to this one.

Aloha! I have a quick question..how do I know who's my partner that suppose to be sending items to me? I've sent my partners their candles and they received it, so I'm wondering how long it should take for me to get mines. If you're my partner...I'm still waiting!!! Thank you:)

Ok..just checked out the participants and the following people have not kept their end of the deal...FIBREJUNKY, OREGONMEADOW,TGRAVES, AND LOV2BCREATIVE. I can't believe the HOST of this SWAP haven't done her part because as of today, record show candles were NOT SENT YET and Swap deadline was on the 20th (over a week ago). C'mon lady...please RESPOND!!!!

I just noticed that the host has not been on-line since Nov.22, I am not sure what is going on. She also was given a star as host, given the circumstances, I am not so sure that she deserves it. I have yet to receive from one of my partners, she e-mailed a week ago that she had been sick and would send it out asap, it is still marked as "not sent" It gets pretty discouraging to the new swappers .

Thank you csparky61 for your help with this entire swap. I did hear from one of my partners via email here. So I should be getting one of my candle set in a week or so as for my 2nd partner...she still haven't sent it according to this swap. I think our coordinator should get on it ASAP. And I agree with csparky61, I don't think our host deserves a star.

Just wanted to comment here that I did send to my partners, albeit late - and I was in contact with them. Just noticed the post above, as I hadn't read the comments earlier.
