For this swap you will create a board full of fermented foods. Beverages, foods, anything that is submerged in brine or pumped full of good bacteria is great to send in this pinterst swap. If you ferment your own foods, feel free to talk about those as well and share any recipes you've stumbled upon.

Make sure the pins on your board are for fermentation, and not pickling (vinegar).
